Our road trip in Sicily brings us to Ragusa, beautiful baroque city. From the upper city, elegant and full of beautiful old houses, going down a staircase of 250 steps, you reach the lower city where the baroque magnificence finds its highest expression. The Palazzo Cosentini, the church of San Giorgio and the Garden Ibleo are magnificent places.
From Ragusa you can easily reach two other beautiful places: going to north you can find the Villa Romana del Casale, luxurious roman residence built in the first quarter of the 4th century AD, and to south-west you get to the Castle of Donnafugata, medieval castle of the time of Gattopardo.
